DJ Houle and Michaela Tatu are both alumni of the MA Classical Studies program. This past winter, they sat down with us and talked classics, careers, and answered some very important rapid fire questions.
DJ is currently working towards his PhD at McMaster University, while working for the Waterloo Regional Police Service in the Records Branch. His background in Classical Studies has been a huge asset, despite it not being the most obvious career path.
Michaela began working on campus part-time while earning her Master’s and loved it so much that she stayed. She forges her way past the geese to Renison University College each day, where she is able to use the skills she developed in the Department of Classical Studies to contribute to the student experience.
