Brownies

This recipe is from the Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate box. It's blue. The brownies take about four minutes to prepare and are always delicious.

Melt four squares of unsweetened chocolate and 3/4 c. butter.

Add that to 2 c. of sugar (I use organic and it's fine).

Add three eggs and 1 t. vanilla, then fold in 1 c. flour. Add nuts now if you want them. Gently. About a cup.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes in a 9x13 pan. Do not overcook -- they seem not done, but they are. Let them cool completely before you cut in to them unless you like to eat a lot of brownies by accident because they got crumbled in the cutting and wouldn't it be a waste.
